These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Isaac's Market Simulator ("the App" or "the Service"), an educational stock-trading simulator. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App is for education and entertainment only. All trades, cash balances, and portfolios are simulated with fake money. The App does not connect to a brokerage and cannot place real trades. Nothing in the App is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and curated example portfolios are illustrative only — they are not recommendations to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions you make.
Prices and company information are provided by third-party sources and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We provide market data "as is" without warranty and are not liable for any errors or omissions.
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription at $1.95/month or $20/year (prices may vary by store and region). Premium unlocks Isaac's curated tier portfolios and their full holdings, performance, and allocation charts. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your payment method is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Mobile purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google. For website purchases, contact us at the address below; refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, abusing our market-data backend, or using it in any unlawful manner.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
